Due to the nature of our products and services, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any purchases.

Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days of receiving your order.
To request a replacement or refund:

Please email us at thejadesalon@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item.

Items must be unused and returned in the original packaging (if a return is requested).
Once we review and approve your claim, we will provide return instructions if necessary. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or a replacement will be sent.

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, all hair care products, tools, and accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
